We were able to go to San Diego and Disneyland during the first part of June. We had a great time. All of  Jen’s family went. There were 24 of us!!

 

The first night we stayed a Buffalo Bills in Primm Nevada. They mixed up our reservation and we were stuck for a couple of hours with only 1 room instead of 4. Good thing there was only 11 of us there at the time.

We went to Old Town, while we were eating at a Mexican Restaurant the band came and played “It’s a Small World” to Jaden. He loved it!

While in Old Town we went shopping. Bruce tried on many hats and he actually bought one (Not this one)!

 

We went to church on Sunday. This is a picture of all 24 of us.

 

On Sunday we also went to a park. We had a picnic and flew some kites. It was quite fun.

 

While we were shopping at Harbor Village we went to a hat shop. We all tried on hats. Jen, Emily and Natalie.

 

We had on the harbor. It is hard to see but there is water just outside the window. Leon, Laraine, Natalie, Jen and Jaden.

We spent a day at The San Diego Zoo

Another day at the beach!!

Almost everyone in the hot tub. Everyday after the beach we came and got in the hot tub. Sometimes it seemed like we kicked people out when we all came and got in!

 

California Adventure/Disneyland

After a week in San Diego on the beach we headed up to Disneyland for 2 days.

Jen, Andrei Kirilenko (Utah Jazz) and Natalie. Andrei was right in front of us on Tower of Terror. Then later we saw him in the gift shop and asked for a his picture. Once we took the picture he seemed to be swarmed by other people. Later I even heard a woman come and say “There is an NBA player out there!” to her son.

Jen, BJ and Jaden on “It’s a Small World”. It was nice to be able to take Jaden on some rides. He seemed to be alright with most of them. He did not like the Haunted Mansion, though. He held on really tight to me the whole time.
